    It would be an interesting debate. And probably it will occur.

    Also, I'd like to see Loftus debating christian philosopher and debater Peter Williams, the author of "A sceptic's guide to atheism"

    On John's blog, he has frequently said, when an atheist loses, that it doesn't matter anyway because a debate just shows who has the better skills, and does not prove anything.

    So what's the point? Loftus will likely lose, and then say it is just because Craig is a more experienced debater.

    And as to Chivalry, John has little...in his book he calls Craig his "friend" but then goes on to specifically call him "delusional". John in well known for his temper tantrums, and his penchant for trying to smear people who oppose him.

    I think this is just a stunt, and, psychologically, John is crying out for validation that he has not wasted his life by trying to debate an old teacher.

    And just for the record, I do not molest children. The desire to molest children is not a sin, acting on it is. And I have never innapropriately touched a child. Plus it's legal to have sex with adult men. So back off.

    In the name/URL profile one could with ease post anybody's name & then post the URL of their profile to give the appearence of having hacked into their google account.

    I believe this is what "Anonymous" is doing.

    It's very childish.

    And it wouldn't be pretty if it did. John may have done well against Wood because Wood also had a casual speaking style. But that was in general a very slow-speaking debate on *one* topic. I don't think John was very good at organizing his speeches on the spot in that debate, and just imagine one with a *lot* of issues to cover. He would get blown away because of not being able to keep up.

    Oh, and did I mention: It. Will. Never. Happen.

    Here's a neat one, 4simpsons is over at his blog argueing whether Hitler was a Christian. Are you guys still beating that one? Who cares if he was a Christian? Will you guys always be so dimensionally challenged? One of the reasons the Republican party, my party, is dying, is that it has tethered itself to a dying belief. Fundamentalist Christianity.

    I still forgive you. And I'm very proud to say that I have indeed stopped molesting young boys. And I'm going to just assume that all of the young boys I have molested have forgiven me, even though we are still in court. Forgiveness is wonderful.
