As a Catholic who now and then browses this blog, I just wanted to say...
Thank you for saying this. This needs to be said, again and again. This, I really believe, is the key to revitalizing Christianity in the west. Arguing first and foremost for the existence of God, getting people to take God (via a bare theism/deism) seriously, and then religion.
